Lincoln Park Vintage Condo

Welcome to our home - our ever-evolving, full gut renovation. This project showcases Marisabel's in-depth exploration of introspection and self-discovery. When I first saw this condo, it immediately transported me back to my time in Savannah, GA, where I lived for over six years and admired the 1900s Victorian architecture. Our home embodies our commitment to curating unique and timeless pieces that tell a story, reflecting our dedication to quality and style in the world of vintage by paying homage to this 19th-century Victorian. The renovation of Dickens' condo was an experiment to introspect on my own self-expression. After years of designing for her hospitality clientele, our home was a collection built over time, featuring a mix of one-of-a-kind vintage items and modern pieces.

Our Chandelier was a wedding gift from Jennifer Hudson, with whom her husband Thatcher has collaborated for years. My maternal grandmother was an exceptionally talented painter who trained under some of the most renowned artists in El Salvador. In our home, we proudly feature a stunning photograph from the late Jesse Kalisher. The candelabra at our home entry is a stunning piece - it was our mother-in-law's mothers and has been passed down for generations.
